Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

● The size or color received is different from what was ordered.
● The item received is damaged or defective due to our handling.

Please note:

● Customized or stitched items are not eligible for a refund if delivered as ordered.

● We do not process refunds for issues related to customer sizing preferences, delays caused by shipping carriers, or minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

If approved, you’ll receive further instructions to return the product (if required).


Refund Processing

● Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

● In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund, depending on the situation.


Important Notes

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was made by Gracestore.

● We do not issue refunds for packages delayed due to customs or courier issues.

● Items must be returned in unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
